Our very poplar tubes are installed on vw air cooled engines all over the world! With a larger inside than stock, they help clear pushrods from interferance. Made from 6061 extruded aluminum and CNC machined in house our tubes are the finest made. The kit includes 8 complete two piece tubes, 8 double ground springs ,a internal buna o-ring kit and 8 retainer washers.

This attractive drag pulley is made of 6061 billet aluminum, anodized for a long lasting finish, then re-machined for the complete 360 degrees of timing marks. No more degree rings to disappear or fade! The pulley is then mounted to a steel hub with 8 counter sunk Allen bolts, making this pulley clean, lightweight yet strong! Available in red, black, blue or silver.
This pulley will clear all dry-sump oil pumps.

Jaycee's two-piece billet street 6" Power Pulley is made of 6061 T-6 aluminum and bolts to a steel hub to insure strength. The machining process includes the stock style thread to eliminate crank case blow by. The belt groove was matched to the stock offset for proper alignment. After anodizing, the pulleys are re machined the 360 degrees of timing marks to eliminate the old style stickers. The two pieces are mated together buy 8 countersunk allens to cap off the quality look. They come in Red, Black or Blue anodized finish.

JayCee Cog pulleys for the “Do it your self race car builder”.  Made of 6061-billet aluminum.  Upper pulley fits most aftermarket alternators with a .592” shaft.  Lower pulley indexes off the stock pulley. (Must use a longer crank pulley bolt, which is available, but not included.)
Alternators can be driven 1 to 1 or under driven.  Pulleys come hard anodized black to prevent premature wear.
Cog belt sold separately.

JayCee's  Billet Valve Covers are available for the AutoCraft  910 series,   Component Development and the new "Strip Dominator" by CB Performance.
We start with a block of 6061 billet aluminum and mill it to spec. Valve covers come with an o-ringed sealing surface then are polished with an anodized finish with "JAYCEE" engraved in them. Custom engraving along with A.N. breather fittings installed available.

In 2004 famed PRA racers “Buster” John and Joe Maestas designed this custom one off Billet Deck Lid Stand Off for their Ren Kafer cars.  These products became so popular that companies started “reproducing” them.  These Stand Off’s allow you to prop your deck lid approx 2 1/2” so the larger velocity stacks run with dual carbs fit and still lock your deck lid.

This billet timing clamp is machined in house then anodized red, black or blue!  Then it's remachined with calibrated timing marks for easy adjustments. Set your timing once with a timing light and mark you distributor on the 30 degree line and your set. Adjustments are now made easy.

JayCee's floater clutch and steel shoe needs no explanation, it is by far the best and lightest clutch available to VW gear shifted transmission.  By being fully adjustable with shims and pedal pressure ranging from 800 to 1300 pounds it's a transmission's best friend.  You ask "What about clutch slippage?"
