JayCee's Billet Crank Trigger Distributor is made from solid 6061t-6 aluminum and anodized for a professional finish.
This distributor uses two roller bearings, a steel rotor shaft and shaft seal for high RPM with no failures.  A non-resistor rotor to help deliver that HOT ignition spark.  With the larger 2 piece cap, cross fire is eliminated and the low profile allows clearance for all over the top headers.

JayCee billet spring plate retainers eliminate any tow in on the hard drag race launch and helps keep the suspension stable at high speeds. The JayCee retainers are CNC machined from 6061 aluminum then polished for a high luster finish.  After polishing they are anodized and the JayCee logo lazered in. The final touch is a CNC machined bronze bearing bushing installed. All machined in the USA in our competence.  Available in red, black, or blue.

JayCee Tapered Ring Compressor. This tool installs the piston in the cylinder in seconds. Just slide through the piston (rings installed) and put the tapered ring compressor onto the top of your cylinder. The Original JayCee Billet breather stand is made of 6061 T6 aluminum.  This product is anodized for a long lasting finish in Red, Black or Blue and is 100% machined, not welded! The breather stand delivers a dual purpose! Easy to fill oil and a breather mount with a 3/8 NPT hole in the backside if requested at no charge! Our new and improved billet filter manifold has been upgraded with our ultra high flow machining process to direct oil around the whole filter screen using a tapered inlet and has been put on a diet by removing excess material internally while still keeping the attractive design!

Check out our new oil control system! We have eliminated the large brass bypass valve and machined it internally into our 6061 billet aluminum oil manifold housing.  The systems are all calibrated to 80psi and includes a high flow relief piston, double ground precision spring and complemented with the black anodized #8 an fittings. The housing comes in blue, black or red anodized color for a long lasting professional finish!

JayCee’s billet filter.  Filters 100% of the oil, with no internal relief like other filters.  It replaces the HP1 or the PH8A. This filter is 100% washable and will be the last filter you will have to buy! JayCee has their new full flow extension adapter for the main oil galley in stock. This allows the racer to put the oil pressure to the mains and not the oil cooler side.  A direct shot of pressure means less chance of bearing starvation and longer bearing life. Check out the VW case cut a way that shows the installation and oil passage that is a direct shot!. This fitting is a fine compliment to the JayCee Bypass system also.
